FeedBurner has an email subscription service you can use to be notified when I add a new article. Just click here to start an email subscription. Each email has the title and a one line description and a link to the full article. An email is only sent when an article is added.
To get the full site feed choose your format and the full article content or the first line of each article from the table below. To help me save on bandwidth costs please set your RSS reader to check for new articles just once a day. I typically update the site no more frequently than 2-3 times a week.

The hierarchical, directory-based layout supported by Blosxom allows RSS and Atom feeds to be supplied at all levels of the directory tree. The feed for any category/directory includes all articles in the directories/categories below it. You can subscribe to all articles on the site or any sub tree of articles. So by choosing feed(s) at appropriate levels in the directory tree you can monitor the entire site, groups of categories, or a single category.
There are currently five types of feeds supplied on this site. Three different formats: RSS 0.91, RSS 1.0, and Atom 1.0. Each RSS format also supports both a full feed and a first line feed. The full feed contains the entire article's content and the first line feed contains only the title and the first line of each article.
The URL for a feed is constructed by taking the path to any directory on the site and appending "/index." followed by one of the five feed suffixes:
The table at the top of this page shows the full site examples of each of these feeds. Some more examples are shown below:
I hope you find these feed options useful.
Syndication is the providing of a blog's headlines in a format suitable for direct inclusion in a website or blog. There is a great service provided by the Feed To JavaScript Open Source project which allows you to include the latest headlines from AgilityNerd into your website. Please see this article for details. Again don't hesitate to email me: steve at agilitynerd.com if you have any questions or comments.
