Seventy Two Backyard Courses!

05 Dec 2012Steve Schwarz

For today’s Dog Agility Bloggers’ event on the subject of Backyard Training I put together seventy two training sequences that should fit in a range of backyards!

I created twelve advanced sequences and twelve novice sequences in each of three different sizes: 25’ x 30’, 40’ x 30’, and 35’ x 45’.

I tried to put a wide range of handling challenges in these sequences. So you should have plenty of chances to work on: Jump Wraps Jump Wrap Handling - With VideoJump Wrap Handling TipsJump Wrap/Wrap, Front Crosses Learning the Front Cross - VideoFront Cross, Rear Crosses Learning the Rear CrossRear Cross, Blind Crosses, 180s, 270 Mr Peabody in UKC Bloodlines MagazineHandling 270 Degree Jump SequencesBack Side Entry to 270/Training Opportunity - Video270 Degree Jump Sequences, Back Sides Handling the Quad Back Side - Patrick Bucher Course/VideoThe Connection Between Threadles and Back SidesBack Side/Back Side JumpBack Side of Jump Handling Combinations - Video, Threadles Mary Ellen Barry on Threadle HandlingThe Connection Between Threadles and Back SidesTraditional Threadle HandlingSingle Sided Threadle HandlingThreadle Sequence, and Serpentines Serpentine Handling TechniquesSerpentine Sequence.

Just click on the small images below to view the courses full size and print them out. They aren’t arranged in any particular order, so if one looks too hard/easy scan through the rest of the sequences to find one more to your liking.
