Hack for Organizing Your Dogs' Agility Entry Info

With in person agility trials picking up and day of show entries allowed in some venues I thought I’d share my simple “hack” for filling out trial entry forms.
I have each of my dog’s information in my phone’s contact list with each venue’s registration information:
Yes, some organizations have fully online entries, and there are websites that let you enter online or at least let you download a fully filled out form where you don’t have to type anything.
But, sometimes you show up at the trial and need to fill out a paper entry, well at least I do! So this simple hack let’s me do that without needing to go to a website, login, etc to get the right registration number(s) for my dog(s).
